Things to see in Antalya

Antalya is a holiday city in southwest Turkey known for its historical, cultural and natural beauty. Some of the must-see attractions in Antalya include the following:

Kaleici: Kaleici, the historic centre of Antalya, is famous for its historic houses from the Ottoman and Seljuk periods, narrow streets and old Roman buildings. You can also visit the Hıdırlık Tower in Kaleiçi.

Duden Waterfall: The Duden Waterfall, one of Antalya's most famous natural beauties, is located near the city centre. It is possible to walk above and below the waterfall.

Ancient city of Perge: The ancient city of Perge is located to the east of Antalya and is famous for its Roman ruins. Especially the ancient theatre, the agora and the stadium are worth seeing.

Mount Tahtalı: Located in the north of Antalya, Mount Tahtali is one of the highest mountains in Turkey with a height of 2,365 metres. You can take the cable car to the top and enjoy the magnificent view.

Antalya Aquarium: The Antalya Aquarium is one of the largest aquariums in the world and houses various underwater creatures. There is also a tropical forest inside the aquarium.

Antalya City Park: The Antalya City Park is located in the city centre and offers visitors a pond, various activities and picnic areas.
